We collect your precise and approximate location while using the app to show nearby restaurants, calculate accurate delivery fees, pinpoint delivery drop-off points, and enable real-time order tracking. Location is only accessed with your permission.
Personal & Account Information
When you register or place an order, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, and saved delivery addresses to manage your account and fulfill deliveries.
Payment Information
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways or cash-on-delivery. We do not store or process sensitive credit/debit card numbers directly on our servers.
Device & Push Notifications
We collect device details (OS version, model) and push notification tokens (Firebase / OneSignal) strictly to deliver essential real-time status updates about your orders.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process, prepare, and deliver your food orders accurately and on schedule.
- To connect you with partner restaurants and assigned delivery riders.
- To calculate distances, estimated delivery times, and delivery fees.

4. Information Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers. We only share necessary data in the following circumstances:
- Partner Restaurants: We share order details, recipient first name, and order notes so restaurants can prepare your meals.
- Delivery Riders: We share your delivery address, recipient name, phone number, and location coordinates so riders can navigate to your door and contact you upon arrival.
- Service Providers: We work with trusted infrastructure providers (Firebase / Google Cloud, Supabase, OneSignal, OpenStreetMap/Google Maps) solely to operate app functionality.
- Legal Requirements: If required by applicable Sri Lankan law, regulation, or legal subpoena.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure database protocols) to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Request Account & Data Deletion:
You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. You can request deletion directly via the App Profile settings or by emailing our privacy team at support@vitodelivery.com. Upon verification, your account and identifiable data will be permanently purged within 30 days.

Our application and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove the data.
